comfortable 28-bed unit with the mission of assisting individuals with
neurologic conditions to reach their greatest potential. Serving individuals with acquired brain

- Community and pedestrian skills
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Physical functioning
- Nutrition and healthy habits
- Independent leisure and recreation
- Pre/Vocational skills and development
Our facility is Medicaid/Medicare certified, and accredited by The
Joint Commission. We accept many managed care insurance packages and we have
special financial arrangements with many state Medicaid programs.
